Tumi's Limited Warranty
Tumi stands by all of their products. If a product is damaged during the first year of purchase, all expenses will be paid for, repairs include damage caused by normal wear and tear; the shipping and handling fees are also paid. During the second to fifth year, Tumi will repair only defective materials or workmanship on a product for a nominal processing fee, not damage from normal wear and tear.
